This product is great only draw back the fittings are differcult to find. The product should have came with more fittings and adapters

Every time the power goes out I can count on my generator! Love it!

This generator has great features.

It runs quiet just as advertised. I live on an island that has daily power interruptions. During power interruptions it starts and powers up in 30 seconds. Its durable case keeps the generator dry and helps muffle the sound. It performs for hours like a 'Muscle Car' coming off the line. The auto-transfer switch works smooth and accurate.

Peace of mind

We waited a long time to get one these. Happy with the way it works. We are at the end of the line on the grid so always the last ones to have power restored. Our new system of 11kw runs all our essential power needs and then some. A real bargain for the security of having our own power plant.

Living in the country is even more enjoyable now that I have a Generac generator. No worries about power-outages or operating controls. It runs itself seamlessly. In addition, the design is pleasing to the eye. I am very happy with this dependable product.

This product provides great piece of mind

Since installing the Generac we have been extremely happy with it. We live in an area where the power goes out regularly. It provides piece of mine knowing. If it goes out in the middle of the night especially in winter we have nothing to worry about. It is surprising quiet for a generator of that size. It was definately worth the money. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We love our Generac!

Our Generac has worked flawlessly since it was installed about 4 months ago. We have regular power outages and the Generac kicks right in. It works exactly as advertised. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wish it had blue tooth capabilities

We are very happy with the product- when in test mode(since we have not had power outages) We understand that there are apps available for iphones but only available to US customers

I woke up to my clock flashing which meant we loss power, however our generator kicked right on to provide us with power! As soon as the power came back on it shut off! Best investment we have made in a long time!!

FORTUNATLEY WE HAVE NOT HAD AN OCCASION TO USE YET/ BUT AS EXPLAINED EVERY TUESDAY IT STARTS AND RUNS FOR 12 MINS. THE LOOKS COLOR AND SOUND ARE VERY GOOD/ I BELIEVE AND HOPE IF NECESSARY IT WILL GIVE US THE SAME SERVICE FRANK

Power went off, Generac came on! Waited about 10 seconds.

Sets up easily if you have a little background

It was a long endeavor, but that was my fault. I did the piping and most of the electrical, but I would advise against being a DIY'er for this product. Start-up was fairly easy, and I am hoping for a power outage to see it function for real and not just a test. Would like to send a photo, but I am in FL and it is in IA.

Some malfunctions discovered during installation

The installer ran into a few problems; a harness that was not plugged in at factory, the small access door broke off, and the circuit breaker was defective. These issues caused him SEVERAL extra hours of work, trying to diagnose the problems, and then in obtaining replacement parts. I'm assuming the unit will work when needed because it cycles once a week right on schedule.

Good product at at good price.

Had to use it once. Was the only one in the neighborhood with electricity.

it's exactly what we needed to keep us going in an extended power outage

so far it's been right on time every week it charges, even in the sub zero weather and snow...and we have had one episode of actually having to run the home...it did well.
