Great coffee machine

Love the machine. Is well made if you keep up with the maintenance it will last forever. The only thing I can say is that the black letters on the buttons need improvement since they will peel off really fast. Especially if you are a daily coffee drinker.

Beautiful

We have only been using the machine for a couple of weeks but so far so good. I love the look of it and it is very user friendly. Hopefully I will continue to feel this way one year from now.

I would buy this machine again

The machine overall is good. I would purchase it again. There is some leaking that happens from time to time and it happens after shots are pulled. The portafilter will also sometimes leak and pour over when you are making shots but this can be remedied by grinding the exactly correct amount of coffee. The machine is very pretty aesthetically and the coffee shots it pulls are amazing. For heating up on the spot, the steamer does a great job. I would prefer to make my own coffee using this machin...

Makes Great Coffee!

Great machine. But the grinder did get constantly clogged up after 11 months of use and I could not get it to work again after cleaning out several time according to the user manual. It was under the 1 year warranty and GE replaced the machine. This all could have been due to oily beans I was using.

Messy and loud, but we love this machine!

We use our espresso machine almost everyday and love the consistency of how well it makes espresso! It is a messy process and the steamer can get very loud. Otherwise, it is a great machine!

Clean simple design

I love the simplicity of the machine, and that there are not too many bells and whistles that sometimes cause finicky behavior. The only thing I'm uncertain of is the grinder. Within a week of using it clogged so bad that I had to have someone complete dismantle the grinder to unblock the shaft where the grinds drop through. I hope it doesn't require this level of cleaning regularly, because it's not easy. They provide a little brush, which I was using, and still do, so we will see. I like that ...

Easy to use, attractive, great gift idea!

My daughter received this same espresso machine for Christmas a few years ago and I got to try it out when I visited her. Fabulous Machine!

I love this product! Coffee is excellent and the steamer with the hot water option is amazing for many reasons. Tea, hot chocolate coffee etc. at your fingertips and. Frame beans for all. I admit parts of the device are plastic and that was disappointing but they blend week and the high end steamer etc make up for the same! I would buy this five times over!

I love it!

I absolutely love my espresso machine!! It took me a few tries to get the perfect grind size and milk froth but it is great. Tamping and frothing are not automatic so you do have to understand a bit about the espresso making process and how to froth milk but I love being able to do it myself because I can create it exactly how I like it and manually modify it. Dumb enough to buy another one

Replacement, last one failed 1 month after warranty expired (1 year & 1 month). Grinder started jamming every time, leaked water everywhere, inconsistent, cleaning light would never go off, parts fell off. Usage was only 2 cups a day.

I love my machine!!

This espresso machine is Simple to use, accessories are good quality, and it’s a perfect size.I love the Bluetooth feature. I can change the settings on my phone such as the temperature and espresso size.

Matchy Matchy!

Beautiful design that matches the rest of my cafe appliances. We had 1 issue where the grinder got clogged but it was easily cleaned and was not a big deal. We hosted for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about espresso maker and wanted a coffee on the spot!

1 small issue

I love this machine. The only thing I don’t love, is the frother. It never seems to thicken up my creamer.. & starts to boil over if it even gets close.

Didn’t work right out of the box.

I ordered my machine online. When I got it in the mail I was super excited to start making my own espresso. I clean everything and follow the start up process just for my machine to not work. I plug it in and the power light flashes which they tell you would happen. I press the power button and the knobs light just keeps spinning and nothing else happens. Good, but could be better.

For an Espresso machine, the bottomless portafilter is a must, and this machine does not have it, a few issues with a clogged grinder but, other than that, the machine works really nice.
