Wifi issues

Wifi connectivity has major issues with disconnecting or not working. Very disappointed in this aspect.

Brews a good cup of drip coffee!

Overall, it looks great and functions very well! Features that I enjoy: built in grinder (not super loud), fill from the top water, insulated carafe. Things I don't like: it's tall instead of wide. Feel like the design could still look great a little less tall and a little wider. The buttons are the type that are covered by a plastic overlay that cracks over time if someone with nails uses it, for applications like this, a touch-screen or another format of button would've been ideal (especiall...

Very well made coffee machine! This makes a great cup of coffee and I love the flexibility of being able to brew a single cup or full carafe. I just wish there were less plastic components, namely the water reservoir and coffee ground basket assembly. Would also like the carafe to be modified so water doesn’t get stuck in the lip on the inside. I almost returned it for the plastic reason. Otherwise, really awesome machine that makes delicious coffee!

Way too strong. Making too much grounds.

It grinds way too long and produces too much grounds. It ground for 24 seconds and produced 13 scoops of grounds for a 10-cup carafe on the light setting when we would normally use 5 scoops. Coffee is ridiculously strong, basically feel like I’m drinking espresso. Switching to medium and bold adds approximately 2 seconds to grind time. Gold time was about the same time as medium. Quiet grind

High quality product! The grinding process is quick and quiet. So many grind brewers wake up the whole house! Great coffee!

Lovely machine, with good coffee capabilities

In fairness we only have used in the last 24 hours for the first time. The coffee is amazing, nice and hot and for us the perfect brew (we have set at 3 on grinder and Gold). It looks very nice and I do love the water tank that can hold a good amount and no need to continually fill. Of course depending on how much you use and drink. Poor Carafe Design

The PROS: 1. Great esthetics. I purchased this to match my newly remodeled kitchen and it matches perfectly. 2. Separate water tank. 3. Built-in grinder. 4. Adjustable brew strength. CONS: 1. Thermal carafe. It is THE WORST, most terrible thermal carafe we have ever owned. It really does not function like a thermal carafe. Can’t even use it yet!

I haven’t even been able to use this product yet because the cup where the water sits constantly leaks. This is baffling and very frustrating.

WARNING: Do not buy!

Terribly designed product. 1) Cannot manually set grind time and preset grind times are not close to correct. Even on light ours grinds for 25 seconds (almost a half a bag of beans), and the coffee turns out so strong it’s like mud and unpalatable. 2) App is so buggy that it only actually brews on schedule maybe 1 of every three mornings. 3) Certain parts like the basket cannot be taken apart and this are impossible to clean.

Great tasting coffee.

I love coffee and after I drank coffee at my daughter’s house helping her move I got spoiled. She purchased one for me and I love it!!I. It makes the best tasting coffee that you can really enjoy!!

Best of all worlds in one coffee maker!

Absolutely LOVE this coffee machine. Not only did it replace my current coffee maker used only on weekends to make a pot of coffee, but it replaced my Nespresso for the single serve during the week! The versatility to have a non pod based machine which can grind beans or use already ground coffee and brew a single serve or a full carafe is the best of all worlds!

Fantastic coffeemaker makes best coffee I have ever hade, easy to clean, very stylish coffeemaker , returned several coffeemakers because of poor quality coffee finally found a great coffee maker- thanks!

Attentive and easy to use.

I like this coffee maker a lot. The customization of the brew as well as the ability to make an entire carafe or just a fresh cup appealed to us. It is easy to use and clean. I’ve had to clean out the grinder several times, which is standard for built in burr grinder machines. However, recently my water reservoir has not been draining properly, and is overflowing/leaking all over the counter (coffee still brews normally). What can I do to fix this?

Grinder stopped working after 90 days . Retailer ( sur la table) not support a return

Elegant and classy to look at

Don’t love this coffee machine for the price, everything is always very wet. When you open the filter basket to dump it always has so much water in it even after sitting for a period of time. I took the turn knob off to clean and gasket didn’t go back on and had issues with it leaking there also. An expensive, beautiful piece to look at. I tried to get away from the Keurig because of the plastic in the pods but I tend to keep going back to it because it’s so much easier.

Great birthday present

I absolutely love my new coffee maker!!! My husband I have switched from making pots of coffee to just a cup at a time with always fresh ground coffee beans!!! I'm very happy with my birthday present!! My only wish is that I wish I could make the lightest setting even lighter. The lightest setting is still pretty strong. Delicious but strong

Just what I’ve been looking for!

This is the coffee appliance I’ve been searching for over the past five years! Its design is intuitive yet the features and options are abundant. This allows each user to fine-tune the Cafe Grind & Brew to his/her specific tastes. I particularly like the Favorites setting and love that I can start my coffee from the easy to use phone app. Finally, Cafe has cracked the code on a simple way to switch between brewing a carafe or single cup…even down to the exact ounce of coffee desired.

Not worth it

Good luck keeping the white one clean. Will NOT connect to app so ignore that it's remote capable. Also it feels very cheap and wobbly for the price. IMO it is not worth the money by any means.
