Reasonably priced. I was concerned it wouldn't have the power of the Husqvarna it replaced, but it does. Also, I like that it excepts the universal accessories that I was using on my other trimmers.

Top quality CRAFTSMAN construction although most of the engine looks like my 7-year-old TORO unit. Very powerful although very loud, recommend hearing protection. I also like the way you can use your old attachments, no more debt to rebuy you existing attachments

Junk and no support

I bought this piece of junk last year and bought the 3 year protection plan with it. The first few uses on it the pull string would not go back in. I brought it back to Lowes and was told they did not handle any repairs even with buying the warranty. I was told I had to send it my self, mu dollar to Craftsman and they would contact me and let me know if it was a warranty problem or not. I fixed it 2 times and its broke again now. JUNK AND LOWES DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

So far it works great, very lite and balanced. Hopefully i wont need craftsman customer service because they were no help with my 4 cycle craftsman weed eater.

Didn't last 3 months for home usage

This weed eater didn't last me a full summer. I purchased the weed eater 5-17-25 and last week it wouldn't start. I noticed that no fluid was flowing into the prime bulb when I pressed it. I only use it at home, so I haven't used it very often. It's still under warranty, but the company nearby that services the warranty told me they can't even look at it until 5 weeks. On top of that, I have to put down a $45 deposit in hopes of getting it back. The item should just be replaced, being that this ...

Good Crasftsman trimmer!

Great product, my last one was 15 years old before I had to replace her. The only problem I had was there was no customer service or support from any Lowe’s staff!

Replacement weed eater

I liked my old weed eater, this one just replaces it, my last one lasted over 4 years, not bad for $179.00

It doesn’t have enough power.

I’ve had this product for about a month and I purchased it with the edger but after following to start up instructions it still lack power and if I pull the throttle all the way it’ll shut off. I’ve used tru fuel in the red can from the start so I know it isn’t a gas issue.

I used mine 4 times, purchased on 7/28 returned on 09/01. It was difficult to start from day one, I should have returned it that day, the only reason I didn't was because my only other choices were units 350.00 and up. I tried using it one last time over labor day weekend, my son mowed the entire front and back yard which usually takes 30-45 minutes. I spent that entire time trying to start this posI! I will give Lowe's credit, they gave me a full refund.. Don't not waste your $$$ on this w...
