Would Not RecommendAll of craftsman mower products are junk. When you have issues with it you have to contact MTD not craftsman. Closest place to me is bout hr and a half away and they may not cover warranty even though it’s in excellent shape and is less then a year old. If it’s the carburetor NOT covered and 9.5 times out of 10 that’s what it is and that’s why it’s not covered. Don’t waste your time on craftsman products pay more for better WORKING quality.

Would Not RecommendOpened the box, read instructions, put it together, then went to use it. After about 20 mins of use it shut off and I could not get it back running. Did everything on the troubleshooting paper but didn't work. Took it to Lowes to exchange but they wouldn't exchange or return it. I now have to do all this extra work with Craftsman and take it to one of their shops to be diagnosed. I am so aggravated and disappointed in this product and the customer service I have received over this. A major waste...
