What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the generator for reliable performance during power outages, with many reporting it successfully powered refrigerators, freezers, medical devices, and lights for extended periods. Reviewers highlight impressive fuel efficiency, running for hours on minimal fuel, and surprisingly quiet operation. Saved Our Bacon!
Would RecommendI don't usually do product reviews but this one was too good not to . We bought this generator a couple days after a major Monsoon storm knocked out power to our neighborhood here in Arizona for 6 days with 110 + degree temps. Easy to put together and get running quickly, and the fuel usage was amazing! Saved the $400 worth of groceries we had just bought hours before the storm and made our week without power comfortable. We had a room air conditioner running in our bedroom, a port-a-cool swamp c...
Pretty good, overall
Would RecommendThe old girl has enough umph to power most small appliances, like a small fridge, a microwave and/or vaccum. It's still new, so I can't say what kind of longevity it has. It doesn't have an electric starter but so far it starts on just one or two pulls. On the downside, it keeps missing a beat and I can't figure out why. And that CO sensor is a problem I could live without: it has cut the machine off when the breeze dies, even though it's sitting out there in the big wide open. It's also a b...

Worth paying a little more for the wattage
Would RecommendI was originally looking at generators 2K-3K-Watt, however I spent a little more for more wattage. It started right up on the first yank. Quick, easy assembly on the wheels, however had a lot of trouble assembling the block supports on the opposite end. The blocks and the screws did not seem to fit properly. The generator was used to keep an inflatable fully inflated during the parade. It keep the inflatable up without any problems the entire 3-hour procession.

Reliable
Would RecommendWas out of town and had the generator in my shed when a flood came through. It got about 6-8” of water, must be sealed well because it started with no problems
Not great but it works
Would Not RecommendWe bought this for an emergency and it worked great. Whith that said, after doing the recommended maintenance, I would not buy this again. Everything about the machine is cheap and awkwardly designed. The fact that the oil drain is behind the wheel and against the frame ... ensuring you spill oil all over when drained... is enough for me to not buy this again. Nevermind the fact it sounds like the engine is full of gravel.
Pretty heavy team lift needed.
Product is very efficient on gas usage. And quiet while running.

Great buy
Would RecommendEasy to put together, started smooth and runs very quite. If you know how to use generators or even follow instructions you will be fine it's easy and simple to use. Some reviews say the instructions are backwards but they aren't if it does not start after 2-3 pulls with the choke on, un choke it and pull. It will start. Would recommend this to others.
