What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the generator for reliable performance during power outages, with many reporting it successfully powered refrigerators, freezers, medical devices, and lights for extended periods. Reviewers highlight impressive fuel efficiency, running for hours on minimal fuel, and surprisingly quiet operation. However, some customers experienced persistent starting difficulties despite checking fuel and spark plugs, while others report fuel leaks pooling underneath the unit and build quality issues like missing wheels and bolts that won't thread. Despite these drawbacks, most consider it a dependable emergency power solution.

Works great in time of need

Would Recommend

I bought this during hurricane preparedness tax free days in 2023 since I live in Tampa,FL. Figured at some point we would need it. Currently this is my best friend as we have been without power for 3 & 1/2 days, with an estimate of no power restored for another 4 to 5 days. Able to power a refrigerator, deep freezer, several fans, chargers, sleep apnea ventilator, O2 machine, toaster, microwave, air fryer, TV, etc. There is a limit to how much can be used at one time... but this has been an ...

Poor management

Shopping was a joke. The manager was terrible. It was crazy that all the employees shared the same experience with this leader. Is this a common thing? To hire mangers that treat their employees so poor? It also translated on how the customers were treated. Made my shopping experience AWFUL
