A lemon

Love this Range!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased it about a month ago. This is my first glass top range, so I am trying to sort out how to keep it clean. I only put dry pots and pans on, but water still gets on the glass, but the heat from the elements is very good, I cook things on a lower temperature than I ever did on my old stove. Then, the oven…so big, the racks move so nice and once again, a lower heat than I used to use in the old oven. Looking forward to using the steam fe...

Zen clean look. Not too many blings

When I called to schedule a service repair, the gentleman says to me “what sounds do you hear”? Lol… we all laughed when I made him hear the recording of the sound. A service repairman is scheduled tomorrow. The day after my call.

I have many Kitchen Aid appliances and was happy to look for a stove there also. am an elderly women #! it took me a while to figure out why the elements were so far away from my hands. Reason the stainless steel front control . Good features, not reliable

The stove top is excellent. Very powerful elements that heat up quickly. The largest has 3 size settings which is convenient. The oven is a different story. When it works its ok. Heat doesn't seem to be very consistent and always 10-20 degrees cooler than what the oven reads. We are on our 3rd repair in 5 years. During one of the repairs we had to wait 3 months for the part to be in stock which is challenging for an appliance that is used everyday.

In love with this range

This range is the perfect size and the three racks accommodate everything you can imagine. Whenever people are over, everyone always comments on the extra large window.

I like it!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've used the stove daily for a month. I find the burners are very responsive and each has a slightly different capability. One is hotter, faster - perfect for boiling water for pasta. All burners are great. There is a plate warmer that actually has a temperature control that reads on the panel - I haven't worked out the nuances of that particular part of the stove top but you can control how much it heats up and I can control the temperature...

Very Pleased

So far I so pleased with this range. I know it is not self-cleaning (only has steam clean) which my previous Whirlpool oven had and hope has improved. I always worred about the fumes that came from self-cleaning ovens and the crazy temperature they were "baked" at. So willing to give this a try. Love the baking drawe...

Great range

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought a few months ago no issues at all . The warming oven is good for lasagna,pizza etc while you are cooking larger items in main stove. Really appreciate the quick response elements and the rack that propels out so you can take out a hot and heavy item with each. Updated to this range to match our kitchen aide fridge.

Nice looking stove

It is really nice looking, the oven is huge and love clear glass on the front to see in the oven. The stove top elements heat up very fast which is nice but takes abit to get used to. I do not like the edge around the stove top. It is kinda indented and food can get caught in there and the oven takes a long time to pre heat hence the 4 star rating.

Amazing range

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this about 1 month ago. It looks different without having a back with the dials, but it is so modern looking. I baked in the oven with the 3 shelves it was awesome. Food turned out fantastic. My hubby loves the top elements for cooking grill cheese and pan frying eggs, onions, bacon and potatoes. It looks like a new kitchen with my new Kitchen Aid Range, 2 door fridge, 2 drawer and freezer below and our new dishwasher.

Clean, sleek looks

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) You have to be extra careful to not scratch cooktop, use of proper pots & pans is very important. Controls are very sensitive to touch (when wiping after use)

Terrible

Got this in stainless steel to match my other appliances. It is not half the stove my old one was. Would not recommend. Takes forever to preheat and top burners are always too hot

Baking drawer too hot.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The range works fine except we have an issue with the baking drawer. It gets extremely hot in the drawer during normal oven use. We store items in the drawer and they get so hot, you cannot touch them or you will get burned.

Low quality, High price !

When I bought the Kitchenaid range, I believed a high quality was coming to my home. I was disappointed when I found the metal frame is chipped. I expected Kitchenaid to use the best metal for the Range's frames, not one that chips!!! How a metal frame can chip and not dent is beyond me!!
