Great Oven

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We love our new range. Heats fast and accurately. Bakes evenly. My only quibble would be the self-clean. I understand that the high heat is hard on the oven but the steam clean doesn't really work that well. Also a user guide (without going on-line) would have been useful.

Disappointed

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, I am disappointed in both the stovetop and oven. Both the stovetop and the stainless steel are easily scratched. Setting the dials to obtain a low, even simmer-level heat is almost impossible. The front panel is susceptible to touch and must be locked when the oven is not in use as even wiping the top or leaning over it will start the stove. Stove

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like all of the features of the range except the stove top. The black glass scratched easily and although I am meticulous about cleaning it after every use, some spills never disappear even with the use of expensive, specific glass cleaner.

Could be better

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am okay with this range but the oven takes longer to reach the required temperature than it should. When the sensor indicates the oven temp is at 350F it actually takes about 10-15 minutes longer. When I first got the stove the oven did not work. The technician found that the wires behind the front control panel were not connected! The element indicators need to be more visible than just tiny dots. Great Oven

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Would prefer the click etc on the front , not on the top to get splattered, then sets everything off when you clean it. Pan sized really don’t work well for me.Oven takes too long to preheat I do like the oven size for large meals.

A Good Product

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this to replace a much older KitchenAid model and am pleased with both the stovetop and oven and the way they perform. My only complaints would be the incredibly small drawer under the oven which holds very little and heats up a lot when the oven is on, and the white dots which they used on the black stovetop surface indicate the various burners as it always looks like the stovetop has crumbs on it. Other than that, a great product.

Kitchen Aid Electric Stove

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The stainless is thin and cheaply made compared to the 20 year old fridge I replaced. They are made to be disposable which is not good for the environment or my bank account.

Excellent results

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Better than I expected. This is truly a functional stove. All features I have tried work perfectly. Very even temperatures when baking/roasting and the cooktop also has extremely even heat. The baking drawer was the biggest surprise. It works so well and it’s very easy to clean. I really enjoy using the sliding baking rack in the oven for heavy items like turkey. I’m glad I purchased this range.

Love this!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had the stove for about a month and I do love the 3 options for different sized pots on the one element. Also the oven cooks evenly. Takes a while to heat up but thats because its huge. The only thing I dont love is that there is no child lock to prevent the oven door from being opened while it's on. (Unless i haven't figured that out yet).

Toast after 2 years

Oven lost hear one day, followed by a bang and smoke electrical connection in the back caught fire. This should never happen. Of course now just out of warranty.

Terrible

The cook top is fine. The oven takes half an hour to reach 350 degrees. Customer service sucks i’ve been waiting for 2 months to get repair or refund don’t buy that brand it sucks
