Must be a very bad product #scorching

I’m trying to find reviews for the slide-in range. But on the range page all it’s showing are dryer reviews. They aren’t very good reviews so I can only imagine how bad the range reviews are. I have a KitchenAid range. It has scorched my tile backsplash and KitchenAid insists that it’s working as advertised. multi lingual?

Still hate cleaning the topsof these stoves

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love coking with this stove but the top already has some little scratches and I am trying very hard to be careful.

Self clean does not work

As a stove works and looks great. Very hot though and hard to find a medium range heat. The cleaning feature Does NOT work. The photos are from the first clean and very minimal use. I ran the cycle 3 times and nothing. It does not remove a thing. In my work I’m in charge of a kitchen that has 7 of the cheapest ovens you can buy and they have the regular clean cycle and they are all spotless. This is a major disaster and disappointment!

All the reviews on this page are for a dryer

I wanted to see the reviews for the electric convection oven, but the link on this webpage sends me to 19000 reviews of a dryer. Don't think I want to dry clothes in the oven, not safe and not the intended use! As for the range, have not been happy with it at all and wanted to warn people off. Now I'm wondering if the reviews have been deliberately mixed up to prevent negative comments? I know it's likely a tech glitch, but I suppose I'm getting cynical as I age.

Oven temperature won’t shut off

I bought this on 25th March 2022. After baking is complete when the program is cancelled the oven still runs. Thermostat never stops. Have to remove electric outlet to shut off completely. It’s a big hassle to move the range each time to shut off. Have to call and return.

Greaet stove

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the second time I have the this model stove from Kitchenaid. First time was after kitchen renovations in Toronto. We had 5 all new Kitchenaid appliances and the stove worked very well. So after a move to a home with old appliances, we started all over again and where possible, we ordered the same models again including the stove.

Love the even cooking of the oven.

Decent range

Cooks nice but...

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this in Dec 2021, nice looking and oven cooks nicely, but the touch screen is super sensitive to moisture, ie. a damp cloth when wiping it. The timer beep only goes off once! when time is up. It needs to beep more than that. If you are not paying attention you will miss it. If you use the oven cook timer, when the time is up the oven turns off! not good. If you use convection, it asks you if you want to convert the recipe, if you say yes...

Gets the work done

Great solid range

Not a ton of gimmicky features on this just a very good looking (almost commercial looking) sturdy design where everything just works and works well. Very good control over the glass top and tons of various sizes available. Drawer is a small lower oven, as well. Roll out rack is a huge bonus. Glass top is a pain

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) First of all don't buy anything from Kitchenaid. Our fridge was ordered in March for a July delivery for our new home (with no appliances) and still hasn't arrived in January. The oven is beautiful but also arrived months after it was scheduled to. The glass top is terrible and scratches way too easily. Even the tiniest bit of spill or food burns on and scratches the surface when removed.

Great stove
