The burners were all overheating so we had a tech come out. He confirmed they were way too hot, brought back new ones. Today, the front left burner is still impossible to use. We can't even keep it on low or simmer as food just burns. We have to stay right by the stove the whole time food is cook...

Very Disappointed

Only lasted about 4 years before oven burners died. While it was working performance was poor, heated very slowly and did not maintain a consistent temperature, often 30 degrees off what it was set to, even with changing the calibration settings. My parents have a similar model with the same issues. Not the quality I would expect from the KitchenAid brand.

Great stoves

Happy with purchase

Still getting used to the burners - once they have been on higher heat, they need to be turned down to low to maintain a moderate temperature. I like the keep warm burner. I'm happy with the oven. Haven't tried the steam feature yet. Altho' there is not a warming drawer, when the oven is on the bottom drawer gets warm enough to heat plates and bowls. Need to be careful not...

Baking drawer

The oven takes too long to preheat. Hard to clean cooking surface. Only reason I bought this because it had the bake oven drawer. If I had a chance, I would return it if I could for a better one

Range designed for everybody

I can feel that cooking is better and tastier. Also, cooking is fast that saves time and convenient. The most important aspect of the range is its look and the way it is designed. very elegant looking and daily maintenance is quite simple. I love this product.

Smart looking, smart performing

I bought this stove a month ago and am very pleased with its performance-- but I'm having difficulty getting used to the black ceramic top (my former stove had a white top) and the stainless top front border. I can't get the stovetop cleaned after spillage/splatters and the stainless top border is already scratched, fearing this will only get worse. Love the large oven!

Great range!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This range replaced a 12 year old KitchenAid that started acting up. Overall this is a great improvement. The stove clocks evenly, we baked in the stove and in the baking drawer at the same time and it worked great. The only downside is that the glass cooktop is hard to clean. We have not tried any glass top cleaners yet, I doubt it is going to help. It would be a 5 star if the glass cooktop would be easy to clean. Overall, great product!

Bad Service.

Took them about 10 days before someone contacted us. Second delivery came Dec 28. Upon arrival prior to acceptace the range had broken knobs and back plate. Due to holidays no one got back to us till after Jan 3rd, 2024. New delivery date was Jan 21, 2024. The range came with a dent at the bot...

Kitchenaid range

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very happy with the purchase of our stove. This was to complete our set of kitchenaid appliances. The stove top heats up very quickly. Cleans up well and has a wide range for different size pots which is very handy. Still learning the power of the elements they are very powerful!. The oven is nice. Heats fairly quickly. This is our first convection oven. Again a learning curve but excited to learn and cook/back some.wonderdul meals to come..

Not what we expected

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had this appliance now for just over a year and would say that we are disappointed overall. The stove top burners run very hot and even at minimum setting it is easy to burn food if you do not watch it at all times. Also, the oven cooks uneven from side to side and seems to take an unreasonable amount of time to get to the desired temp that is set. Thirdly, the stainless steel surface is very easy to scratch.

Not recommended if you plan to use the oven

The cooktop and the warming drawer work fine. The oven is not convection as advertised. We bought this range 5 months ago and thought that we just needed to adjust to using a new range. But no matter what we try, it continues to perform much worse than a conventional oven. Everything must be baked/roasted at a higher temperature and for a longer period of time than with a conventional oven. Solid, efficient and looks great!

We decided on this one that does not have all the “new, techy” features but all the components were high end and efficient for the same price. We decided to spend the money on quality rather than gimmicks. Very happy with our decision. This oven looks very sharp in the kitchen too.

Excellent stove

I baught this about 2 years ago and I had nothing but issues. The panel is in an awkward place causing alot of electrical issues. The stove glass top scratches very easily. I had to call service for the operating panel at least 4 times.

CHEAP glass top!!

Absolutely disheartened with this product. Bought this model LESS THAN A MONTH ago! Glass top around only 1 burner on the right is completely destroyed. All the black has coating has worn through. and looks horrific. I rarely use this burner bc it is meant or 'even-heat ultra' which I assume to be high heat. I also use great quality professional series All Clad pots/pans with 'clean' bottoms, and proper glass top cleaner w/sponge and scraper that came with unit. This is not my first glas...
