It is a decent small printer for a small office. Not as fast as some but we don't need to print tons of paper. I like the scanning settings for different individual folders.

Loyal Brother User
We purchased our first Brother printer about 12 years ago followed by 3 more smaller units for our business. After thousands of copies, we wore-out two of them. We recently purchase three more Brother printers to replace the one that was worn and replace two of other brands. Everything was going great until something broke in the paper feed of one of the new MFC-L3720CWDs. We haven't contacted Brother yet about the failure.

Perfect for our use
Since the kids are gone and grandkids are in Florida, we use a printer very rarely. Our HP printer ink dried out from lack of use and we were buying new cartridges way too often. My local computer guy suggested this Brother printer as it uses dry toner. Won't dry out between uses. So far so good. Easy set-up.

Always an issue
Prints quickly and that the only positive about this printer. You can only use genuine brother products for this printer to work. Drums went bad after first set of toner went out. Nothing is covered under the warranty so all parts must be re-purchased. If you print a lot be prepared to spend a lot to keep this thing going.
