I purchased this machine after using the MFC-8910DW for eleven years. I was looking for a machine similar to it and discovered the MFC-L2900DW. The overall quality of the MFC-L2900DW is not a good as my previous MFC-8910DW. It's a small machine and print, scan, and copy much slower and it is noisy while operating than my previous MFC-8910DW. Good for small business - nice and compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a MFC L2750DW for our business before and this is just as good if not better than my old one. It prints quick and clean - no smudging unless you run low. It’s not terribly hard to connect to your network but really depends on your network. Hate that this model does not have mobile fax

Software is a Mess
Printer works great. Scanning from computer fine. Setting up the functionality to use the scanning buttons on the printer itself (eg, scan to computer) is broken in Win11. It puts you in an infinite loop of requesting drivers that are already there.

Great Printer!
I was a happy owner of a Brother's inkjet printer, but wanted our new printer to be a laser printer. I love this new printer. We needed a compact-sized printer to fit on top of our desk, and this one is perfect. It has about the same footprint as our old inkjet. Plus, it has all the good performance features you would expect out of a laser printer.
