Software works better than Canon's in my experienc

This is my first BW printer but I'm thrilled with it after coming from a more expensive new Canon color printer. Maybe I didn't print often enough on that one? Regardless, Brother's software is to be preferred and I'm pleased.

Issue - have to reset with the wi fi disruption

A good printer for quality, only had it for two months now. So far, so good. The only noticeable problem is that every time the internet svc goes out and comes back up, I am having to reset the wi-fi id plus password. Do not know why this is happening.

BUYER'S REMORSE

LONGEVITY OF TONER IS TERRIBLE. if you print a higher than normal amount, you will be disappointed in the how quickly you have to replace the toner. Missing my Konica Minolta and will look into getting it repaired. The toner that comes with the printer - you will not even get a ream of paper out of it before having to purchase another one. We like our printer

We like our printer for many reasons, first, it is compact, it does not take much space in our small office. The setup was fast and easy and best of all it has been working well wirelessly. We really like how it prints fast, and it prints on both sides without running the paper again twice. It also scans both sides on one pass. A get the job done printer

My only complaint is that’s it not color but if you don’t need that and know it going into it that shouldn’t be a complaint.

WFH savior

Phenomenal all-in-one printer

A great black toner printer!

Lifelong HP fan converted to Brother!!

It’s easy to connect to personal WiFi or via Ethernet. It prints super fast and can scan/print two sided pages. It is so easy to use and I love the screen on the front.
