As a printer it is fine but I find the absence of a USB port problematic. It means every time I need to scan something I have to turn on my computer to store the file. Also I changed the password for the printer but it is not recognized and all attempts to return to the default password have failed.

Not a good experience
This is my third brother’s printer. Loved 1 and 2. This one is AWFUL. Not intuitive. Can only print by phone. My tech savvy friends can’t fix it either. No error message when refusing to print despite scan and copies work. Hold time was over 3 hours to get a live human to help. Don’t have that kind of time. Tried chat with robot and they simply sent the directions I already had. All efforts too long to write down did not solve the issue. Very disappointing. Like the old model prior to this one.

The little copier/scanner/fax mamchine that could!
This copier/scanner/fax machine replaced a much larger HP unit. I'm happy to have a smaller footprint on my desk, and it does everything I could want. Better price on toner, too. Easy to set up, few paper jams, etc. I'd buy it again!

Prints Great; Be ready to recycle power often...
My Brother prints great and I like it very much. The paper tray is easy to convert over from letter to legal and vice versa. The only thing I do not like is that the printer goes off-line often, requiring me to power it off and back on again to reacquire my wi-fi signal.
