An excellent printer. I've had it almost a full year with no issues. It is fast and accurate for both printing and making copies. I've printed over 5000 pages so far with no issues. It's best to use Brother original ink for this machine.

Great printer!
Really happy I bought this printer. I previously had an HP and felt like I was constantly buying expensive ink. I print a lot and I finally started doing research on printers. I’vs never had a Brother before and was a little nervous. After very easy set up, it’s been a reliable and great printer and have had no issues. I cannot remember the last time I bought ink. I highly recommend this printer!!

Just bought and it will no longer print
I bought this printer based on the positive reviews. This is the worst printer I have ever owned and I thought HP was bad. I was only able to print (8) 11" x 17" sheets and (2) 8 1/2" x 11" sheets. I tried to print again and the printer contimues to state that there is no paper.I followed all of the on-screen directions, but, they are no help. I even turned off the printer, unplugged it and restarted it....no luck.This printer is a technical mess. I consider myself to be pretty good at troublesh...

Little tricky to get to know
I don’t love that there is not a second tray for the 11x 17 It is a little tricky to navigate as opposed to the Epson workforce I had, not recommending that machine either

It’s a great all in one printer and suits our needs perfectly as we work remotely. Ink usage surpasses that of other printers we have uses in the past.

Printer eats color cartridges
Repeatedly cleans color heads. In the last 2 days has consumed 100 pages of color ink reserve. Current ink volume- M-1200, C-1200, Y-1200, B-2250. Purchased May 29th, light use. Purchased same model 18 months ago and am still using the original starter cartridges. Called support. The only response was to say "it's supposed to automatically clean the heads and consume ink". Tried to contact the listed local support and found none were in business. Seems be a useless warranty. Customer is to pay ...
