This is our 2nd one in similar model. The first was nearly unfixable when I used off brand cartridges. Use only Brother brand. Otherwise this works smoothly. Easy to set up, easy to duplex or Colgate. Easy to resize images and change paper sizes.

Great All-In-One!
I purchased this to be able to scan larger documents (up to 11 X 17). The all-in-one was very easy to install and best of all, the scanner works great for any size document up to 11 X 17. Larger documents (wider than 8.5) can't be scanned from the document feeder, but that is not a problem for me. The printer does a great job as well, so this was a perfect purchase for me.
