The printer works great once I learned how to use it but now I can’t find replacement ink for the black cartridge which is what I use primarily.

Printer Under Warranty Replacement Issue
It's a great printer. However, we were scanning a lot of documents and our new printer broke down. It was under warranty so we shipped it back. What we got as a replacement was a REFURBISHED printer. If a NEW printer broke down in less than 2 months, why did Brother send us a refurbished one? Don't we rate a new printer? It's working ok but not as good as the new one.

Great Printer But One Problem
Prints very quickly. Lots of great features. Only problem has been losing wireless network connectivity. Have to turn power off and back on for it to print sometimes.

OUTSTANDING SAVINGS ON INK.
THIS BROTHERS PRINTER IS OUTSTANDING SAVINGS ON INK CONSUMPTION ACCORDING TO MY VARIOUS NEEDS FOR IT. THE PRINTING IS BOLD AND SMOOTH AND PRINTS QUICKER THAN OTHER BRANDS I HAVE USED IN THE PAST. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE BULK OF THIS PRINTER.
