Would Not RecommendSeems like a great dishwasher, but sadly broken. We purchased a brand new Bosch dishwasher from Lowe’s during the Labor Day sale weekend. Unfortunately, it started throwing error codes immediately once it was installed. So the manager agreed to swap it out with a new one, great. Unfortunately this new one is also throwing error codes. Defective Product, needs a recall
Would Not RecommendDishwasher ran great, 2 months later I get an error code E21-30, which could be a clogged heat pump and needs repairs. Now it won’t run and stops each cycle. Lowe’s won’t help, so Bosch will send someone but there is a 2 WEEK waiting period for an appointment. For a $2k dishwasher, this should not be happening and is unacceptable. Avoid this model and brand at all costs.

Best dishwasher I’ve ever had
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with our new Bosch dishwasher! It is so quiet, you can barely hear it even standing in front of it. And the shelves and stacking areas are really flexible and all dishes and utensils fit easily. Unlike the last 2 dishwashers we had which were very awkward. Out Of Box Failure Customer Service
Would Not RecommendI got an out of box failure unit which hasn’t ran a full cycle since install. I’ve got the run around from Bosch for about a month now without resolution. A Bosch authorized repairer had two service visits replacing parts before the third visit where they took the dishwasher to their shop.
