Bosch for the win

We have a family of 8 plus my parents live with us, so we produced a lot of dishes. A few years ago we just became accustomed to handwashing and I really dismissed idea of buying a new dishwasher, having been soured on the whole experience by Fischer Paykel. My Dad, thinking the whole scene of handwashing ievery meal was just a bit much...

As fabulous as the last Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So quiet! I barely know it's running. Everything comes out clean. And the choice of settings more than covers whatever my washing needs are - pots, pans, china, cookware... LOVE IT!

Poor Dishwasher

This Dishwasher leaves condensation inside door on side walls and bottom of unit regardless of the rinse aide and salt settings. Tried the Bosch "Crystal Dry" ( it is a joke) as well as Sanitize settings. Nothing gets rid of moisture. Do Not Purchase. Unit is noting like the video!

Excellent Quality and Very Quiet

Delivery was timely and careful. Product is excellent at cleaning and virtually soundless.

This dishwasher was fairly easy to install, at least as a replacement. Although the instructions were a bit generic, as it told how to install probably most models. It has taken some time to learn how to load it so that it does its' best, and the getting the right control settings took some time. Our first run didn't dry well, but adding rinse aid and hitting the 'crystal dry' mode fixed that.

Do Not Buy

This dishwasher is not worth the money. I does not hold many plates, when you put a bowl in the dishwasher it takes about 4 plate postions due to poor design. It's alway wet inside even after "sanitizing". The led display that shows on the floor is complete giberish, just random numbers. I have no idea what the purpose of that is. The cup section cannot hold large glasses so you need to put them in the aready limited plate section. And it will not connect to Bosch Home Connect. Which is also ver...

highly recommend

So quiet you don't even know it's on! Love the big, easy to grab handle with its modern profile. Dishes come out perfectly clean. Long run cycle, but that's ok given that the dw does an amazingly good job. I have not (and will not) use the Wifi or water softener features so cannot comment on them. I like the Lowe's had this in stock and was able to deliver next day (thank you!).

Delivery and Install Issues beware.

The dishwasher is amazing. The installation and delivery were a disaster, which required me to take off 4 days of work. First delivery day was confirmed, driver got into an accident, valid excuse. Second delivery day confirmed, installer didn't show up. Third delivery day, original Kitchen Aide was damaged, so they took it back. I went to store to resolve, had to switch to Bosch which has been great, worked with me on a discount. Fourth delivery confirmed, but installer couldn't find it at...

Quiet but dissapointing

The best part is it's super quiet, perfect for an open kitchen. Not happy with the quality of the racks, especially the inadequate small utensil holder, much flimsier in general than our older Bosch (2016) which really surprised us. I don't like the fact that you need the app to access some of the running features....You cannot delay the start without going onto the app, etc.. I just want to start it up and go, not have to find my phone, etc., or have to hassle with another app to log into an...

Not what I expected from A washing machine

Small Utensil holder, the light that reflects on the floor is half visible. The bottom shelf retracts back when loading machine so I have to hold it with other hand. Dissatisfied.

Warning Does NOT dry

Bought this "top of the line" dishwasher after reading Bosh's literature on all of their dishwashers. This one was selected because of their claim that the "crystal dry" "provides outstanding drying results using innovative zeolite technology". WRONG! Plastic is soaking wet, inside of dishwasher is soaking wet. If you leave for the weekend or any length of time longer than a day or so, you will have mildew on your dishes. Bosch offers no assistance. Do not buy.

Worth The Wait

However we have custom cabinets and had to wait 4 months for our custom panel to be done. When the panel was received we notified the vendor they setup the installation and the dishwasher and panel were installed. Bad customer service bad product

Just got it and it doesn’t work .. worked for 3 days .. called Lowe’s no one will answer in management and told me I should just drive all the way to the store if I wanted to get help.. really? Called the installer that I paid through Lowes and he said he couldn’t do anything that I needed to get lowes to make another work order for him.. horrible experience.. I just want my money back at this point .. I definitely can’t rely on this product for 10 years nor Lowe’s helping in any way

Quietest dishwasher ever
