Very Quiet but...

Our previous Bosch dishwasher lasted from 2008-2025! We felt confident that the newest model (top of the line) would be a reliable replacement. Oops. Only 16 months after installation we experienced two loud "bang/pops" from the device and then the door became heavy when openning. Like the machine, but teething problems

I love how quiet it is, and I like the projection onto the floor. The cutlery basket is smaller than I would like. For some reason, I find using the third rack for cutlery to be awkward. The first time we used it, it didn't drain properly. There was a lake in the bottom of the machine. Do Not Buy Appliances At Lowes

I am told this is a high quality dishwasher. I have owned it for over a month and it has yet to be installed due to Lowes incompetence. The first dishwasher was damaged and installer refused to install it. A replacement dishwasher was ordered and delivered today. The delivery men refused to take the damaged dishwasher with them because there was no order. Until the damaged dishwasher is received back to Lowes, another install date can not be scheduled. Terrible customer service

Ordered on Nov 29 and still not received a call, schedule or anything regarding when the item will be delivered and installed. The online customer service is obviously AI and not helpful. The customer service line doesn't work...call dropped the first time and now just sounds like noise. I have no way to reach anyone and it's been over a week.

Easier to wash by hand

I have had so much trouble with this dishwasher. Not draining, not starting, and having to download an app to figure out what may be the problem. I would never buy this brand again. I started with a lesser model and upgraded because I thought maybe higher end won't have problems. Buy a kitchen side and get a reliable appliance.

Buggy, control board issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the top of the line model, we shouldn't be dealing with continual errors and system lockups requiring us to cycle the breaker to reset this machine. At least 2-3 times a week since we've got it the entire display will come on, get stuck, and then hopefully reset itself. Sometimes it doesn't and we have to "reboot" our dishwasher.
