Must use app on your phone to function

Great dishwasher however, you must use the app on your phone to access simple features such as the timed delay. Also there is no light or Clean indicator that notifies you after the cycle is completed. Sounds like a simple software update could fix these issues… Hint Hint

So far, all is well.

The dishwasher cleans well, is quiet, and has an improved rack layout. The mounting brackets are pathetic. I was surprised to see that the cycle information is projected onto the floor below the door; interesting feature. I've only had it installed for a few weeks, so reliability is not known.

LOVE my dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got the dishwasher of my dreams for my birthday...it is SO quiet when it is running, I have to look at the light on the floor just to be sure. My dishes come out spotless (I don't run it every day, and they all still come out sparkling clean) and everything is DRY, not sopping wet like my old one. The app is so easy and I love the alerts to let me know to fill the rinse aid or salt.

So far, great!

We've had this dishwasher for about a month now and so far it's been preforming great. I like the wifi connectivity that tells me on my phone when the wash is done. I also like the light that projects onto the floor so i can see how much longer is left in the wash cycle. My favorite feature is the internal light and the utencil top drawer. There were no issues with attaching out existing panel and it replaced a very high end dishwasher that looked almost identical to this.

Does the job

Very quiet and so far it does an excellent job.

Silverware Tray

Silverware tray needs re-engineering. Every time it is opened all the silverware gets jumbled up, as seen in the picture. Constantly needing to redo the silverware. My last Bosch did not have this problem. Need the old tray back.

Wet Door

Bought top of line unit with lights inside and cabinet ready. Very happy with sound and dishwashing functions. Not happy with door is hard to open and inside stays wet on sides and inside front door. However, Dishes and silverware are all perfectly dry. Must wipe down inside door after a load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a fantastic job—dishes come out spotless and dry every time. It's quiet, efficient, and overall a great addition to the kitchen. My only minor complaint is that the delayed start feature is only accessible through the mobile app. It would be much more convenient to have that option directly on the dishwasher itself. Otherwise, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading from an old dishwasher, the Benchmark is amazing. It is super quiet, sometimes I can't even tell its on. No pre-wash required and dishes come out sparkling and dry.

Best dishwasher I have ever used

This is the best and most full-featured dishwasher I have ever used. It cleans well, is quiet, dries well, is easy to use and maintain, and has a good optional wifi app. I particularly like that it does an excellent job cleaning my trip-ply stainless steel pots and pans that I had to wash by hand previously.

Lowe’s Customer Service

Appliance master control board died and Lowe’s said call the manufacturer. Only allowed to return within 48hrs. Absurd return policy!
