What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the sturdy cast aluminum construction, accurate fence, and strong value for DIY workshops. Many highlight smooth performance and professional-grade build quality. However, compatibility remains a significant concern—the table works reliably only with specific Bosch routers, limiting versatility. Several report receiving warped tabletops or misaligned inserts affecting accuracy. Assembly is generally straightforward, though some encountered missing parts. Minor issues include a flimsy switch and inadequate dust collection. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it a solid, capable router table for the price.

Would RecommendA perfect match for my Bosch Router. The table is easy to assemble. The power switch on the front with the 2 outlets is really convenient.

Solid
Would RecommendI purchased this model because it had an aluminum top where other brands had MDF tops. One issue with assembly was that one of the bolt holes for the top was rough and had to smooth out to get the bolt through. My Craftsman router didn't fit the designated holes, but was able to attach to other holes. Have only used for routing a channel for making beekeeping equipment, So far so good.

Sturdy router table
Would RecommendEverything worked just fine. Delivered quickly in good shape. Easy to assemble and it works like a charm. I'm a little finicky on detail so it took a while to level the table insert but it is dead on and everything I've routed so far has been smooth and effortless. Very pleased with the quality.

Miter slot NOT actually a T slot
Would RecommendI am mostly happy with this table HOWEVER unlike what is stated below, the miter slot has a U profile, not a T profile! I wanted to use my Incra miter guide with it but it won’t lock into the slot. Fortunately (?) the slot is also wider than the nominal 3/4 inch so I’m hoping to be able to find a sheet-metal adapter that converts it to a T-slot. Quality is otherwise good. Still... Bosch should not say it’s a T slot if it’s not!

Outstanding value for the money!
Would RecommendCouldn't be happier with this benchtop router table. Well written instructions, easy to assemble, perfectly square fence, and fits my Milwaukee router easily. Router plate is flat, true, and easy to level. As far as I can tell, the quality control here is great. I can only assume, other reviewers complaining about bolts not aligning properly are most likely 1) not reading the instructions or 2) not following the instructions. All the hardware you could want or need is included. My only com...

Great Table: Easy Fence Adjustments
Would RecommendI bought this Bosch table about 3 years ago. My wife and I built a house and I used this table to construct all of the trim and baseboards. I literally burned up two Dewalt routers in the process. However, the aluminum top of this table held up great and the adjustments to the fence are great because you don't need tools.

Matching screws and nuts is a nightmare
rating is just based on the setup, this has not been used yet. matching which screws go where and checking you have all the right ones according to the parts list is not easy, and I'm not the only person who has trouble looking on the internet. Its 2020, make a youtueb video with step-by-step guides.

Excellent Value
Would RecommendI have used this a couple of times and am very happy with it. I was going to build a router table but with all the materials included in the build it was not worth it. This is much more prices than I cold have made and worth the money. BR

works good
Would RecommendWorks very well but it needs a mitre gauge to come with it. It is powerful enough to make the cuts.

Good but not long term
Would Not RecommendFirst, it works well and is easy enough to assemble. The table works well with my Bosch router. So, if you want a router table that'll do a lot of things, this is a good buy and isn't too expensive for what you get. What you don't get is compatibility with many accessories because the track isn't compliant with t-track specs. That means if you want to work with a lot of accessories that attach via t-tracks you are out of luck

Not for precision work.
Would Not RecommendThe surface of the table is not as flat as one might expect from machined aluminum. Accurately leveling the router mounting plate requires adjusting eight loosely-fitting nuts and screws, which extremely tedious and frustrating. The mounting plate itself is slightly higher at the edges than at the center. The miter slot on mine is oversized by .05", making the use of standard slot clamps for featherboards impossible without shimming and allowing a miter gauge with a standard 3/4" x 3/8" bar to s...

Excellent value
Would RecommendI was quite pleased with this router table, certainly far superior to the old Porter-Cable router table I had. There could be a few quibbles, but I'm glad I bought this table. It is well thought out: the designers knew what they were doing. Needed bench top one because I have not more floor space in my garage, also wanted one compatible with my Bosch router. Takes a while to get it set up and leveling the table insert is a fiddle, but once done, it works quite well. Many useful features, easy to...
Garbage Router Table
Would Not RecommendThis is a terrible router table. The insert plate is of an atypical size, which disallows the use of any upgraded insert plate. Be warned, if you buy this router table, you will be left with a unit that can't be upgraded. You'll just end up buying a different router table down the line anyway. The router height adjustment that you'll be stuck with, if you purchase this table, works, but not very well. After a long enough time, you'll want a fine adjustment from a different lift, but won't be abl...

mounting plate lift option?
I recently bought this table with compatible router. After a few uses I decided I wanted to add the lift feature but disappointed to learn that the lift manufacturers mounting plates are not compatible with the RA1181. Can you provide recommendation/option.

cant adjust height
Would Not RecommendI have this table with the bosch 1617 The router gets jammed in the fixed base housing and i have to take the table top apart to adjust the height. Awful

Where is the quality control?
Would Not RecommendJust bought the RA-11081. There are (8) bolts to join the table top to the legs. These bolts have a round head and a square collar. The issue is there is no square in the table top or on the legs that allows for the square collar to seat. Therefore, these bolts, when tightened, stick up above the table top surface. This prevents the fence from sliding. Without a square hole to hold the square collar, you have a table top with 8 bolt heads sticking up above the table top. This is useless.
