I thought I must have created the dent somehow until we noticed the exterior coating spray coverage indicated the dent was there from manufacturing. Lowe’s doesn’t care
Would Not RecommendTried to order this tub from 4 stores. Finally got a store with more than 1 and had the guy check for damage. When it came there was chipped paint on the side front. He clearly didn’t look. Had to return and called within 5 minutes of noticing damage. It was frustrating trying to return it quickly and the customer service has gone down over the years . No one cares. No one stands behind their product or caring that someone just wants something without defects.

Would Not RecommendI bought the steel tub cos I thought it would last long. I was so wrong. The tub stopper doesn’t seal and It has already chipped. I tried to give my granddaughter a bath and the water ran out faster than it came in. Horrible tub! Beware, do not buy! Unfortunately it’s not an item that can be removed and returned.
