That was the case for me, plumber didn't check for quality issues prior to installation. Bad reviews were correct for the quality of the tub I purchase. Always Damaged
Would Not RecommendI wish I could actually install one of these to test the quality but EVERY tub is always damaged. You'd think Lowes and the manufacturer could come up with a way in 2024 to keep them from being damaged. Manufacturing quality control manager should be fired. Clearly lots of the damage is at the factory. Bubbles and peeling in the finish is their fault. Hard to know about the scratches and dents. The box is usually in good shape so it may not be Lowes fault. HORRIBLE.
