Would Not RecommendThe face of the base was bent. It cannot be straightened as the porcelain finish cracks with the slightest pressure. The installation instructions do not mention that the flange cannot be drilled. This product has so many issues! I do not recommend it - period.

Defective product
Would Not RecommendNOT HAPPY. I bought the first one and had to return it because it was damaged, then i bought the second one and after installation, took off the sticker and there was a chip on it. Having the same problem with the drain. No instructions in the box and the plumbers installed it and it still has the gap. No one has ever taken a shower in this bathroom and there is already a chip. I do not recommend this product.
