Sturdy, good alternative to acrylic base
Would RecommendWe have really hard well water and I wanted a more durable shower that will hold up to lime away and other cleaners that I need to use to keep the hard water deposits at bay. The old 1970's shower was fiberglass and the gel coat was pretty much gone from years of cleaning. Would Not RecommendInstructions were not in the box. instead of requesting Instructions from mfg, I installed it my way. then it had an annoying bounce, or flex. I called the mfg who recommended I install a stringer along the back wall. I be darn, no more bounce. beautiful. I'm very happy. love my new Maax base.

I do not know how durable this product will be but we bought it because we had to replace a fiberglass tray that cracked. Look it over very carefully because we had to return one for damage in two places. When we went back to find one that was not damaged, we had to go to two different stores and search through multiple boxes to find a tray with the least damage. The factory blames it on Lowes but who knows. It is the only tray that fits the shower that I picked out. By the way, a 4 pc kit does ...
