Would Not RecommendWas a gift, nice looking, right size. Not worth the money, the middle warped the first use and the burner was on low. Its great for cutting a "test" piece for the "chef." Still use it.

Nice Addition.
Would RecommendNice addition to my Blackstone Griddle. Makes cutting meat to check doneness much easier on my good knives. In the future, it would be nice if one of the side trays and indentations to match the legs of the cutting board so that it stayed in place easier.
