I BOUGHT TWO OF THESE. I HAVE TWO GRIDDLES. LAST NIGHT I TREATED BOTH WITH BUTCHER BLOCK CONDITIONER! TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL AND THEY ARE NOW PROTECTED FROM MY WIFE'S ABUSE.

Great idea but could be higher quality
Would Not RecommendGreat idea and it's definitely been useful to have a cutting board to use on the griddle but there needs to be a clear warning that high heat damages this easily. I quickly warped mine and over time it's slowly gone back to (almost) normal but again, I wish I had known.
