What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this cutting board as a practical, well-made addition to outdoor cooking setups. Most highlight its perfect size for griddle use, seamless fit on side shelves, and convenience in transferring food directly to the cooking surface. Reviewers describe it as solid and beautifully crafted with butcher-block styling, noting it oils up nicely and darkens with use, requiring only simple mineral oil maintenance. The lightweight design is appreciated for easy transport. A few customers mention minor issues like uneven legs or stripped threads, though most still find it functional and worthwhile despite these drawbacks.

Would Not RecommendNice cutting board. However, when I purchased it my intent was to leave it on the griddle and stage food from the cutting board to the cooking surface. When it arrives it has instructions not to only leave it on the griddle surface for short periods of time. That was not why I purchased the cutting board and that was not how the pictures illustrated the use of the cutting board.

Blackstone Griddle Cutting Board
I purchased the Blackstone Griddle Cutting Board as a gift. My son-in-law had purchased Blackstone BBQ and it thought would be great for him. He is also a chef and loved it.

Blackstone griddle cutting board
The cutting board makes it easy to slice, chop or mince food before putting on the griddle. I haven't used it directly on the griddle as not to damage it from heat. In general it works very well. My only suggestion would be to cover the feet in the same heat resistant material as the egg rings and other products.

Board with tiny splinters piece of wood
Would RecommendLoved the idea. But cutting board came with splinters all over it. It had not even been sanded. There is no kind of coating on it to help protect the board.
