What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this torch for eliminating weeds without chemicals, highlighting its effectiveness in driveway cracks and sidewalks while eliminating bending and spraying. Many appreciate the lightweight, ergonomic design and push-button ignition, noting it's simple to operate and versatile for grills, campfires, and moss removal. However, a notable group reports the igniter fails after limited use, with flames extinguishing when the torch heats up and requiring cooling to relight. Some mention weak power output and short fuel runtime. Despite these issues, most customers consider it highly effective for small-scale weed control.

Ingenious design well made will last long time

Would Recommend

No bending and no chemical solution to weeds in masonry or cement cracks. Far better than hand pulling. Well made and easy to ignite.

pointless

Would Not Recommend

anyone buys a propane cane so they can burn their weeds on the driveway, sidewalk etc WITHOUT having to bend down. NOBODY expects to run the flame constantly so they want a "trigger" to light it up. this is not a trigger. the ignition switch is 2/3 down the shaft and once you ignite it you either keep it on constantly shut the valve off and then relight it at the next patch. and then again. and then again. and then again. like I said pointless. a trigger is operated by your finger close to the s...

The torch goes out repeatedly

Would Not Recommend

I liked the burning fine. But the torch keeps going out. So far it has reignited each time but I do worry that it won't. A bit too much money for me to lose on something that doesn't work right. AND, I do not want to deal with sending it back to the manufacturer. If it stops igniting next time I'll try taking it to the store for a refund.

Don’t buy it for that reason!!!

I bought it for killing the weeds in my gardens, the first time I used it i burnt the wiring for three of my garden lights and 1 sprinkler head, it works great but I think I bought it for the wrong reason.
