Would RecommendThe cord is ridiculously too short. Have to plug into multiple outlets in order to clean one room. Does an okay job of cleaning. I'm not tall but I thought the handle was also too short. It's okay for the money but would probably have spent more for a better steam mop. I was replacing my Shark steam mop that was over 20 years old and quit working.

Would Not RecommendThe water heats up quickly as described and worked as expected. There is no detachable water unit and it is a bit tricky to maneuver the whole unit under the sink unless it is partially disassembled. Not a deal breaker, just awkward. A measuring cup could be used just as easily. My issue is with the mop pad/cloth. Poor quality plastic adaptors.
Would Not RecommendCheap, soft plastic = accessory heads call off after first use. Mop is fine. If you want to use the window cleaner and spot/grout brush then you swap in an adaptor and twist them into it to secure. After using them ONCE, the plastic wear from the twist and the heads no longer securely stay in the adaptor, the become loose and fall out.
