I have textured tile and a messy toddler and this steam mop was able to get smashed and dried berries up with no issue. It heats up quickly and puts out a lot of steam, but didn't soak my floors and they dried quickly. I have been shopping for a steam mop for a couple of years and finally found this one at Lowes. I have over 2000 square feet of tile in my house and keeping it clean has always been a chore. Mopping one room at a time meant that I was mopping every day. Impossible to keep up with it. With this machine, I can steam mop the entire floor in just about an hour which means that most of it gets done everyday and it doesn't take me all day. Best product

This steam mop converts to work in so many different ways. You can use it in the traditional way, which is the first way that I tried it. You can also use the handheld glove version. It was easy to fill with water. The mop heats up quickly once you turn it on. It easily cleaned my kitchen floors and also my tough to squeeze in bathroom floors. The pads that come with this are washable, so this is an environmentally friendly way to clean your floors. I am really impressed!

Very easy to use . Love the features and easy cleaning . Lightweight and effective on wood and ceramic tile gets in the grout and edges . Great edition to any home .

I was skeptical of the quality and cleaning power that the attachments would offer but I am pleasantly surprised. The hand attachments did wonders on my soap scum/hard water stained shower and tub! You literally just wipe it clean, no scrubbing necessary and my shower hardware has never been more shiny! I docked a star for Use because the cord tends to be cumbersome when using handheld feature.

Great product

This is an awesome product! We had no difficulty in using it and it took off the grime our dogs track in on our hardwood floors. The hand held option was a bonus and allowed us to give our shower a good steaming. So glad we purchased it.

Works for about 3-4 minutes

Bought this with high hopes, but our entire house is tile, and it works great for 3-4 minutes, and then it has to heat up again before you get steam. When it did work, it was GREAT. I guess I was hoping for better at 199.99, but I ended up taking it back for a refund. Ended up buying a commercial one, spent a LOT more money though. This would be great for a small apartment/single person, but definately NOT for a home with tile throughout.

Multi uses!!
