I wish I found this sooner! Very easy to use and beyond effective. It’s a must have in my opinion.

I liked it at first, but then developed leaks. I was able to patch them but then the handle broke away from the water chamber pulling it out to fill it up more and it sent creaks outward like a stone to wind shield does, & sadly nothing worked to fix it. it was lite used, due to my health, yet broke

OVERCHARGED

It was on sale for $126.96 and they charged me $199.99!!!! $73 more. The whole point of getting it was the Black Friday Sale! How am I even going to ship it back? Completely ripped me off.

Save time with a steam mop rather than manually

No more getting down on my hands-and-knees for 2-3 hours cleaning tile/stone flooring with a cloth/scouring pad and bucket of hotwater w/suds. I'm surprised how much time i save which is now reduced to about 30 minutes (sometimes less) covering the same area so i appreciate the extra time i have to do other things. The heat/mop features are very effective. The wire brush helps get grime out faster than my previous manual ways.

Best Mop Ever!

I freakin love this thing. I hate housework so much and mopping is the worst. With a regular mop there's the stupid bucket you have to fill up, then the water gets cold, and afterwards you have to wash out the bucket and mop - the whole thing is such a hassle. This steam mop is the greatest thing ever. I actually look at my dirty kitchen floor and think "Oooh it's time to mop!" Wife loves it and that's all that matters

Our property is semi-rural in West Texas. That means plenty of dirt, dust tracked into the house. Add to that three dogs and a cat with loads of shedding hair on laminate wood floors. This steam cleaner worked on the floors beyond our expectation. Everything is so clean at least for a few days until the the dirt/dust/hair returns but for those few days between cleaning my wife is happy.

Cut the tape and open all boxes before leaving

Had to return it to the store. All the major components were missing from the box. Really anger. Screwed up my schedule and cost me money. No apology from the store.

a Lot of bang for your buck

I just got mine today and I was surprised it can do so much for the small price. I was just looking for a steam mop and found this. I got what I wanted and more. The extra pads alone are a big win since all mops I've bought force you to buy extra pads separately. Then with all the other options, that put it over the top for the price. Love it BUT

So i absolutely LOVED the steam mop for the time I was able to use it. The hand attachment was probably my favorite but when I went to use it recently it wouldnt turn on (wasnt the outlet) for the price I would have hoped that the mop would have lasted much longer than it did especially since it wasnt used super frequently. If the mop would have lasted it would definitely have gotten 5+ stars
