A great little steamer

It does everything is advertised, good steam, the unit is light and easy to use.

This product is so much lighter than the one that I previously owned. For those daily or weekly jobs just what you need.

absolutely handy and perfect

Under my wall mounted microwave and stove this steamer was able to get hArd stuck on grease completely off along with sticky residue! Also my kids had drawn on the walls and this also helped take it off so much easier! I highly highly recommend

I would 100% recommend this product for your floor

I love the different features and it is very lightweight.

Good as long as it works

Initially, was happy with this purchase. With all of the attachments, it cleaned a lot of different surfaces. Was able to get additional mop heads and steam glove pads through B&D linked source for substantially less money. However, after four months, the unit will no longer turn on. We will see how the 2 yr limited warranty pans out but 4 months, for a unit that was used once a week? Not very hopeful.

Didn't do well on hardwood floors ok on tile not great not worth the $$

Worked for less than 15 minutes

So after reading the reviews I thought this would be a great product but it broke with in 15 minutes. It stopped steaming and started leaking water out through two holes in the bottom of the steam machine. There is nothing in the user manual about this so I am just going to assume its broken. I'm going to return and get a replacement and see if that works, if so I will change my review if not I'll just get my money back

I love this thing..don’t know how I lived without it. You can clean anything with it because of all the attachments.worth every penny!

Love this steam mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop is something i enjoy having in my house. It makes my floors look amazing and it can easily be taken apart to be used handheld. The handheld can help you reach the hard to get to areas. The dial on the steam mop can be changed to the type of flooring that you are using it on. It doesn't take long for it to start steaming.

Game changer for my cleaning routine!

This product seems to sell out quickly and I see why! I drove an hour and a half to get one and it’s worth every penny and every mile! It’s so easy to use and the job it does is superb!

Very nice combo steam cleaner

I have enjoyed getting to know my Multipurpose Steam Cleaner. I have used the pad for hard floors, the nozzle and the round head cleaning brush so far. Everything has worked great so far. It steams up very quickly. I would have given 5 stars if the chord was longer. I knew it wasn't a long one when I purchased it. Just would like the manufacturer to know it would be nicer without having to move to several plugs to clean one room.

Worth every penny!

I am really pleased with this steam mop! My housecleaning is always a struggle. I live on a farm property with a house that is not set up for any of our dirty outdoor projects. So, things get messy pretty fast. On top of it, I have a daughter who has Autism and the challenges of having a clean house with that alone is a major struggle.
