By the time the steam travels from the steamer to the floor all cleaning power is lost. I could blow on my floor stronger than this thing works. I tried to like it but it sucks. All it did was push water around and not clean anything. I stick with the other guy I know they work.

Would Not RecommendProduct makes some steam. The products brushes, after light use to test it on, are already frayed and flat. Nothing else to use it for now :(

Would Not RecommendI use the steam mop on my kitchen floor, and after I used a regular mop and the dirt that this mop left behind was horrifying. I was so excited to get it, and totally bummed that it did not do what it says. Not worth the money.

Quit working on 1st day of use..
Would Not RecommendUsed to do kitchen floor. Was super excited. Let the kitchen dry, went to do the living room <10 later, and already having steam sender issues... Looked on Youtube, sure I COULD take it apart and fix it; or just return this junk and buy a good one. WILL NEVER purchase another B&D product. Burned too many times on their useless "tools."

How did I live without this steam mop before?
Would RecommendI love being able to sanitize my floors with steam! The cord is long, great for large areas. I wish the reservoir was bit bigger, but that would add weight, so it's better to just add more water if needed, as it heats up really fast. It also comes with a tool for steaming garments and other attachments I might find need for in the future.
