Would Not RecommendI used this mop three times. Once for floors and once for steaming clothes. So, twice, because the third time it didn't work anymore. The motor just got really hot, had a burning smell and no steam would come out. I'm very disappointed as it's too late to return it and I spent a lot of money on it.

I really wish I could give this 5 stars...
I purchased the steam mop from my local retailer. The long stick attachment doesn't click on to the mop base and comes detached while using it and the microfiber mop pad does not attach with the velcro to the steam mop. It falls right off. Maybe I'll have better luck with another brand.

Defect in pads
Would Not RecommendAfter I used this the first time, I would have given 5 stars. However after a few months only 3 stars at best. Pads used to steam floors are secured with velcro. After using a few times the velcro no longer secures the pad. Will have to contact Black&Decker to see if there is a solution to this issue.

Great piece of equipment
Would RecommendWe purchased this Steam Mop several months ago. It works fantastically, does a great job on tile, hardwood floors, counter tops and mirrors. Very pleased with it so far. It has done a good job on everything we have used it on.

Handle get very hot
