Would Not RecommendI bought today and used it to clean my bathroom and the handle rubbed a blister on the inside of my thumb. It looks as though it will do a great job cleaning grout; although the nylon grout brush bends and smashes pretty flat with much use. I would appreciate a link to purchase replacement accessories/parts.

Would RecommendThis product was easy enough to assemble and start using. I liked that it heated up quickly and has two settings for laminate and tile flooring. As I manuevered the device around it rubbed the skin off the top of my knuckle. I would advise wearing gloves or something to avoid this when using tbe device. Otherwise, I was happy with it's performance and price point.

Lid for water chamber is rigid hard plastic with little lip that was hard to pull out to open for elderly little arthritic hand.
