I emptied the dirty water canister 5 times for one room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did a great job of cleaning my bedroom carpet, but it was utterly annoying to be constantly emptying the dirty water canister. It is a really big canister but the float pops up less than 1/3 of the canister with dirty water. I wish I could have given it 5 stars.

Easy to use works great

Works great got all the cat urine out very easy to put together and use carpet pretty dry when done it 100% dry but close

Love this Bissell lightweight carpet cleaner

This carpet cleaner was easy to assemble, and the instructions were easy to follow as well. I have used it on our area rugs and also on our spare bedroom carpet. Everything looks clean and the recommended Bissell carpet cleaner that I purchased has such a clean pleasant smell.as well This lightweight machine is easy to maneuver and it has great suction which helped the carpets dry in a short amount of time . my wife wanted this machine so this morning we went and got it. i'm amazed how well it works for a budget entry level machine. she made two passes on the whole house and the dirty water was black as night. this unit really does what it says without breaking the bank. it was easy to fill up and remove both tanks. post cleaning was a breeze too. assembled in 5 minutes out of the box.

Horrible

This is not a good product for cleaning a large area rugs. Not enough Bristles, to do the job, on an Ear it large area rug. DO NOT WORK WELL. I'M TRYING TO RETURN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have his machine and the larger one. not even a year old. this doesn't squirt the cleaner out and our larger one pours the cleaner out without even pulling the trigger. biggest waste of money. they are useless!!!!!

I love this lightweight pet carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd one of this style of carpet cleaner over the years. Having numerous pets for the past thirty years, I rely on it constantly. And my son has a Labrador Retriever who visits frequently. I had a heavier/larger model many, many years ago, but I found this smaller and lighter model is easier for me to handle and transport.

after 18 months the vacuum started leaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product maybe once a month, after 18 months and no warranty left, the vacuum would leak the dirty water out onto the area that was just cleaned.

Piurchased a BISSELL TURBOCLEAN DUALPROPET carpet cleaner. Upon the 3rd use the belts broke. I went online to purchase another once I attempted to put in modal number it kept saying invalid. I called customer services to explained the situation after service provider listened to my issue and took info he asked if he could place me on hold ,I stayed on hold about 12 minutes before I was just hung up on. Which was very rude with no regard to there customers.

Just the right carpet cleaner!

We needed a cleaner for a few dirty spots on our carpets. It wasn't necessary to have a big bulky industrial cleaner for our small home. This one's lightweight & easy to use.
