I would buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using cleaner n felt carpet was wet but when I went to refill soap container realized that the plug was not all the way in n closing for suction in dirty water container. My fault so I went over agin just sucking water n it did pull up more. I guess I should if paid more attention that I was suppose to dump that dirty water a lot sooner than I did. Next time! Good machine over all. I used it all over since I no longer have a pet.

So far the product is doing what it supposed to do, really is cleaning deep down to remove dog hair And whatever my vacuum has missed

Broke in 5 days

Seemed to be really doing good. Cleaned pretty good on Saturday. Still did good on another room Monday, then on Wednesday it stopped cleaning as good. Thought it was my imagination. Now today I started smelling something burning. Looked underneath and the screw that held the scrubbing brush in broke and the brush was loose. Taking it back now.

ABSOLUTELY NOT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used this product one time on a very small area in our living room. Only part on our house that has carpet. The rubber band where the brush is, was melted off after one use. I will never buy this product or recommend to anyone.

Belt Problems

Belt falls off or breaks. Seems like it was made with cheap parts.

Good but leaks ALOT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my area rugs. It is very lightweight but it seems to put out alot of dirty water when using and when you are done, it leaks all over the floor. I wonder if I bought a lemon.

Works well for small rooms

The cleaner is great for small rooms or harder to reach areas. But If you have a larger room then itll take forever to clean it. This is perfect for apartments though.

Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had two of these and they last about a year and a few months and then they leak. Have taken it apart and put back together and it still leaks water everywhere. Wish I knew what caused that. I love it when it works. I like how small it is and can get into more areas easy.

Cleans well. Gives carpets a new life. Easy to operate and lightweight.

Good for price

Great shampooer, best I've used in my life time. Saved our main rooms carpet from a coffee spill that was a couple of weeks old.
