Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was an area of the rug where the dog lay all the time and it smelled like a dog. After cleaning, the rug smells fresh again and the little machine cleaned it well. The rug was wet for a long time though. Maybe I should have gone over it without the trigger depressed more than the 2 times in the directions. Overall, I think it's a great machine.

I like it so well I bought one for each of my daughters.

Carpet cleaner was easy to clean after use

The carpet cleaner was light and compact and cleaned very well.

Belt...

Like many others, the belt has melted the plastic housing rendering the vacuum useless after just 4 uses.

Product does the job, but I have no pets.

First time using it, i didn't realize how wet the carpet becomes if you roll over the same area too many times. Haven't had to use it again yet, so I'll see. Otherwise, so far, satisfied.

Awesome steam cleaner
