Works great. We had a professional service tell us certain darker areas were just wear and they couldn't clean that area any better. Well.... Bissell ProHeat did the job. We know where the wear spots are but the darkness was removed and the carpet is clean thanks to our new Bissell

Would RecommendSeems to work better than the rental (Rug Doctor) however it’s hard to compare accurately because it’s been some time since I used the rental and may not have used it completely as recommended (minimal directions). The deep stain tool worked well. Assuming that I’m using it correctly, a tankful on deep clean mode doesn’t cover a large area and requires refilling often. Would RecommendI had some spots I thought might have been from parking lot repaving, and spots that I thought were coffee or tea. Decades old but they came up on the first run through. My carpet hasn't been this clean in years. I'm thrilled with this cleaner and the cleaning formulas.
