Better than expected

This shampooer was easy to assemble and worked very good on my rug and area rugs. After reading the reviews I decided that this was the shampooer I needed to keep my rugs cleaned having 2 🐶 dogs. It work so good I was very satisfied with the results and would recommend this to anyone with dogs.

Perfect purchase!

Cleans so good! This was a necessary purchase after my original Bissell pet steamer died after eight years of use. I use it to clean my entire house about every six months and then I use it to also clean up dog messes and toddler messes. It cleans really easy and I love the new bristle cleaning tray. Much better and easier than the original.

It's a great tool

It's a noticeable upgrade from our old steam cleaner and really does a great job. The carpets are very dry (and clean!) after use, walkable within an hour or so. If I had to complain, the cord could be a few feet longer and the massive reservoir that holds the dirty water could be designed better to hold more liquid. Solid product after 2 uses, no regrets.

Such a good carpet cleaner

I use this machine to clean my bedroom, rugs, and area rugs throughout the house. I did use the Bissell cleaning solution. It came out so clean and so soft, with no stretch stretching. I love the feature of being able to clean my area rugs and they dry in about 30 minutes. This is the best machine I have ever had, and so much easier on the back than renting the one from the home stores.

It is a bit heavy when full of water.

Works well, gets stains out of carpets (mostly). Seems well made.

Great carpet cleaner

Great carpet cleaner. I have multiple animals and live in a dusty area. This did a great job at getting all the dirt and hair out of my carpets, and it was super easy to put together, use, and clean.

The dirty tank does n NOT hold one gallon

Overall, I don't hate it. There are goods and bads. IT'S CARPET CLEANING DAY ! I'm still not sure how I feel about the new carpet cleaner. It does a good job. It sucks up a lot of the water. The carpet dries quicker than my old carpet cleaner. It's lightweight. Easy to move back and forth. But I'll be honest. I am soaking wet. My shirt is wet. My jogging pants are wet. Loading water in the chamber, at the kitchen sink, through the teeny tiny fill hole in the top (with clean or soapy water)...

We are expecting a new puppy sometime this summer and we need to be prepared for those puppy accidents! Also, our old cleaner (not a Bissell) just bit the dust, so we have had the chance to try the new one out for our current puppy. So far, so good! Deep cleans, smells great, and much more quiet than the last one.
