Loses suction frequently. Water sits on the carpet. On a positive note it cleans fairly well when it works properly.

I just received my carpet cleaner today and started cleaning a deep urine stain. My carpets are beige and man did it remove most of the color and smell already. I'm happy we purchased this cleaner. I was worried the stains wouldn't come it but low and behold they did. Thank you Bissel!

Belt issue. Belt rotor issue. Parts issue.

Hi. I bought this a little over a few months. I used it for my kids they get food and stains on the carpets. At first I loved this machine. But the belt broke off. I thought easy fix! But after trying to find a way to replace the belt. I had to take the entire thing apart. The belt was so hard to get too. Second. The rotor that the belt is on. Rusted away and won’t spin. I HAVE 2 OF YOUR CARPET CLEANERS AND SHAME ON YOU. I HAVE NEVER DROPPED OR PUT TOO HOT BWATER IN MY CLEAN TANKS AND BOTH LEAK HORRIBLY YOU BSHOULD SALE GASKET FOR THESE DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BISSELL WHO DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS!

Worked great. Just used once but it worked better than expected. We hadnt cleaned our carpet for seveal years. Pulled up a lot of dirt and stains. Didnt leave caret too wet. We did go over it a final time to just get up any excess water. Would recomend.

If you want to drip what you vaccumed

This vacuum drips when you carry it . Had it serviced once for the problem didn't help. So if you want a vacuum that drips when you carry it this is your vacuum. I was told you need to keep it clean but it did it after only 2 short uses again.

I came home last night to my dog having a poop accident in my basement, which is fully carpeted. Let’s just say it was EVERYWHERE! Thank god I had the BISSELL Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner stored in my closet. Not only did it clean all 100 spots that were on my Basement Carpet, but it also took care of the foul odor! I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!

I think it cleans great. I’ve only used it twice now. I only gave it 3 stars because I really dislike the dirty water tank. You have big dirty water tank but you can only fill it about 1/4 of the way full. For a small room, I had to empty the water tank 3-4 times. I’d hate to use it upstairs because I would have to walk up and down the stairs constantly just to empty the dirty water tank.

I got my new cleaner yesterday and I was so excited to use it. I've had the older model for about 7 years when it finally decided to stop working. My husband purchased the new model which I was excited to get it's smaller and seams to use more water so I can clean bigger surfaces. On my 3rd spot, the canister is half full of soap and the dirty water is about 1/4 full. The machine stopped sucking up water.
