Would RecommendStarted with an urgent need to clean a rug and while skeptical of buying and only planing to rent, i decided to take a chance based on the reviews. I was pleasently surprised several time using it for the first time. First, the ease of getting set up and usage, second, buy how it cleaned and the results, and ultimately the disassembling options for cleaning. Two big dogs and you wouldn't know from my rug.

Worked great initially
Would Not RecommendI loved this vacuum! I have two rugs in my house that I had used it on about a dozen times and it was so effective in getting up all the crud that I couldn't even see! It was especially helpful after pet accidents but even routine cleaning, I loved it! However after about 6 uses, it stopped working and it won't suction. Tried all the problem solving steps and it still won't work. Not with the money for the minimal uses.

Not worth the money
Would Not RecommendI purchased this 2 years ago, used it a handful of times and it stopped working. They're is no reason why this should only last for 6 basic carpet cleans. It would have been cheaper for me to rent a unit. Really disappointed.
