Good sweeper. Nice features

Works pretty well. I wasn’t sure I would like the old style cord as opposed to the automatic winder. But not a big deal. The small pet hair attachment works really well for stairs and upholstery. I also like that you can turn on the suction and turn off the brush.

Wand Release button broke

After 2 yrs and 9 months, the wand release button broke while I was sweeping. Had to finish cleaning with 1 hand on the handle of the canister and the other hand on the wand. It was a back breaker!!! I tried to upload a picture of the button, but it never did.

I would purchase this carpet cleaner

Vaccum

The vaccum is lightweight and it cleans very well

It's easy to push, not too heavy for my 60 year old muscles. A design flaw is that the cord is located at the bottom of the unit so you have to figure a way to keep it out of the beater bar. I hang it over my shoulder. Also, the cord isn't as long as my previous vacuum. Swivel head is nice.

ALWAYS ALWAYS BAG A VACUUM WITH A BAG

If you are reading. Corporate America LIES. BUY A CHEAP VACUUM with a bag (remember vacuum cleaner bags?). A vaccum with a bag is extremely hard to find but it will do more for your lungs then this. I had to buy uses.

Bissell Vacuum Cleaner

It is phenomenal…even though it is a big vacuum cleaner, it is extremely easy to handle.

good vacuum

I bought this one to replace a Dyson vacuum for 2000. It was easy to put together and works just as good. It's a little difficult to push on the carpet because of a rubber piece on the bottom for tile and hardwood floor.

Impressive and disappointing

At first, I was impressed with this unit, it did an amazing job picking up fur and dirt. But shortly after, while working on the stairs, the turbo brush stopped spinning, Stopped and took it apart. It worked for another week. Today, the unit started heavy vibrating on the carpet and on wood floors. I took the roller cover off and the roller had melted the housing cover. 3 months of usage and $240 in the trash. Very disappointed

DO NOT buy this if you have tile floors. It doesn't work. I ended up using a broom to clean the floor. Taking this back TODAY

Not User Friendly

I got this vacuum because I have multiple pets with fur. I have detested this product since the first use. Cord is too short Does not pick up fur or cat litter without having to go over an area several times The canister on front blocks the vacuum from being able to get a 3 iinch furniture edge. I absolutely am so frustrated with this product. Is this the standard Bissell is producing now? This had to be designed by someone with no kids nor animals in the household. Or perhaps they have never ac...

Low suction power

Suction power not as good as expected. Also, does not have a bare floor setting for the carpet height adjustment.

I would not buy this again-terrible vacuum

This vacuum is terrible. The button to control the rug height keeps sliding to high pile which makes the suction even worse so you constantly have to keep sliding back. It barely sucks up hair let alone cat litter. The only good thing is they donate to animal shelters and it's lightweight.

Great & Light Weight

I have really enjoyed this vacuum. I have only had it for a couple of weeks and used it only a few times; but so far it has impressed me. It is very light weight, so lifting it to get cobwebs in the corners is easy. It it easy/light to push when vacuuming and the wand comes out so easily to be used. I do have a dog. So far, it has done a good job of getting the pet hair. All in all, I am happy with this vacuum.
