The wand arrived dented. The only remedy I was given was to return the whole thing to the store, get a refund, reorder, and wait another week for delivery. I am currently not able to drive which is why I ordered it online in the first place. It's a fairly expensive vacuum to be stuck with a defective unit.

Would Not RecommendI had this vaccum for just one week and the plastic piece on the bottom has broke in two. I wish I could get a replacement one. I hate getting new vaccums for this reason. Hard to know how good they are till you use them.
