Roller motor stopped working on first use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roller stopped moving on first use on regular rug. Very hard on to push on low pile rug. Taking it back. Separate roller tool kept getting clogged. Pod heavy.

Highly Recommend

Heavy duty, easy to use and fairly quiet! Excellent craftsmanship and worth the price.

The belt broke within one month!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too powerful. I did like the cord retracting back inside though. After the belt broke I returned it! Disappointed Bissell, do better.

Won’t turn on after 1 year

We’ve had this vacuum for 14 months and abruptly it won’t turn on. It was working one day and isn’t the next day. No damage to the cord/plug. Bissell said I could take it to a service center which is far away from my home and the warranty is very vague about everything that’s not covered, including regular wear and tear. Super frustrated with this entire experience. It worked great until it stopped and we expected a lot better from Bissell

This is a great vaccum cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Bissell products and the Multiclean Pet is no exception. I am impressed with how well this vacuum picks up my fluffy cat's fur - and it's easy to use. I do wish it had a retractable cord like other models had, and I am not a huge fan of the swivel action. The lights at the base of the vacuum are genius!

I'm the pet!!

Last less than a year and is no longer working

I love the vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this gets the pet fuzz off the carpet. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats along with 5 people in the house. I saw that this was tangle free vacuum but, it is far from that. I have to pull my hair and my 2 girls hair from the brush everytime I get done. It is so frustrating that it is not tangle free like it says.

My Carpets Have Never Been Cleaner

Having said that, I have owned Oreck and Rainbow vacuums that didn't pull dirt and hair from a carpet the way this vacuum does! And its not nearly as heavy! Hard to use
