No Front door Delivery

Delivery instructions were to deliver to my apartment front door NOT across the street at the Leasing office. Not great for disabled people.

Great brush, bulky to use with accessory tools.

The carpet brush does an excellent job with anything from a thin mat to thick shag rug. Also, having the ability to swap a small brush for upholstery, car, etc. is good- as is having a crevise tool. Unfortunately, the head unit is large enough that having a rigidly-mounted tool on the end of it reduces the tool's ability to get into many common places where a crevise tool is needed (for example.) The unit is powerful and helps us keep the RV clean.

Great if you want a vacuum cleaner that doesn't stand up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no way to stand this vacuum up. The head does not lock the upright portion in place. If you want a bracket to store it, you have to purchase this separately. It works great, but the design that doesn't allow it to stand on its own is a deal breaker.

Suction is poor and weak

Suction in this is pretty poor. I would not buy this again. Will return

Roller off center and melted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used this < 3 months, started making grinding noises and burning smell. Continue to use a few times and still the same. Opened up and found out the roller was off center, grinding the casing and cover due to off center (refer to photos). Not it's useless. Either bad design or quality issue. Sigh...

Not perfect but good

This vacuum is heavier than I expected or wanted. The dirt canister is small. There is a specific way to line up the canister to reinstall it after emptying it but I had to figure it out. There were no instructions addressing this. What is the best feature? All you need to do to pick up ALL the dirt [on a carpet] is ONE PASS. Amazing! cut my vacuuming time down tremendously. I have bad arthritis so the weight is an issue but I feel it's worth using cutting down the time to clean.

Don't bother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we were looking for something that we could use everyday to pick up hair, litter, general mess to keep the house clean as our baby starts moving around more on her own. after a few months of consistent use, the vacuum started losing power and the brush head sounded like something was stuck whenever we turned it on. my husband took it apart to fix it but found it was a design flaw and the socket was more oval shaped than circle to keep the brush...

I would buy this again and again and again

This vacuum has been perfect, the suction is amazing, I'm picking up dirt and hair that my old vacuum obviously wasn't. Would definitely buy again.

Cleaning made easy!

Handy little vaccum for daily pet hair. Fits under bed. Lightweight, yet good suction. Easy to use and empty .

Great...until it broke after only a few uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Good: Lightweight & easy to use/empty, long cord that you don't have to constantly unplug to move to a new outlet and never runs out of power, gets under all the furniture easy, picks up a massive amount of pet hair from the carpets. The bad: After the first couple of uses, brush roller in carpet mode started to vibrate, and then completely died. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for picking up cat litter. Sometimes the cat itself. I don't need a light on the front. I tend not to clean in the dark. Just hang the unit on the wall, and it won't run away like a child.

Not Impressed at All

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed for several reasons. First of all, the suction isn't that great. I often have to go over dirt several times before it is picked up. It couldn't even pick up two inch straw bits. Next - you have to wash the filter and wait for it to dry at least 24 hours for it to dry before you can use the vacuum again - I got this to keep in the cat sanctuary for daily use and that obviously isn't happening. Love this little vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great on my hardwood to keep the dog fur at bay. Easy to maneuver around furniture, and easily goes underneath couch and tables. Lightweight so it is not cumbersome to use regularly to keep up on the fur. The dirt cup empties completely without having to fight to get the fur out of the bottom of the container.

It sucks great.

Great product. Easy to use. Great suction. Only con is its heavy.
