I would buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I vacuum the whole house in one sweep. I have 2 long-haired cats and this really picks up everything. It is so easy to clean out the dust cup too. The only problem is I am 5 feet tall and the vac is almost as tall as I am. Sometimes makes it tricky.

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for light cleaning carpet and hard floors. Seems to clean well enough but doesnt stand on it's own so always looking for a place to lean it up and theres no light on the power head.

Performs as expected!

My main vacuum is Dyson DC41, and it is amazing, but way to big to vacuum under furniture, beds or narrow spaces, which is why I bought this Bissell stick vacuum. I love it, and have found my super expensive Dyson remains in the closet more than I expected. My floors are mainly tile and Pergo, with a few area rugs. Powerful Vacuum!

I bought this vac based on reviews of how it handles pet hair. Our kitty sheds like crazy and this vacuum handles the fur with ease. It picks up far more than my previous stick vacuum. I am pleased that it works well on carpet and hardwoods. It doesn’t leave scuff marks on the floors like my Shark vac did. It’s a little difficult to empty the dust bin but I’m getting used to it. I recommend this fierce little vacuum!

Don't think about it. Buy it

Love it; but it's breaking after only 6 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really disappointed, because I've loved this vacuum in the 6 months I've had it, but the bearing surface has worn out and it's started to really rattle and smell like burning when I use it on the carpet setting. I've used this for regular carpet floors, stairs (it's the perfect weight and size) and even furniture. The suction is great, and it fits under chairs, beds, couches, etc.

10/10 for apartment + pet owners

My Bissell collects all her fur though thankfully. I love how portable the vacuum is as how easily it can be stored. I highly recommend the vacuum for smaller spaces!

Great Support

Loved it until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this vacuum until the roller brush melted and stopped working. I didn't even have this vacuum for 6 months. It picks up so much dirt and hair and it's incredibly light weight too! So easy to manage and use on the stairs which was my favorite. After a few months it started making a burning smell which started off faint. I'd clean it out making sure nothing was clogged and nothing ever was. Eventually the roller just completely...

Better than expected

It does great on hardwood floors with the option to turn off the rotating brush. It was a little hard to get used to because it's a bit top heavy, and the vaccum does not stand upright on its own so if you have to move items while vaccuming then you need to lay it against furniture or lay it on the floor. Bar Melted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the cleanview mortorized head to clean carpet the bar opposite the belt gets hot and slowly melts causing the roller to be off balance. It smells like burnt dirt and it sounds like it might explode. Definitely do not recommend.

An upright vacuum that cannot stand upright?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Title says it all. This was the biggest waste of time ever. Why would you make an upright vacuum that cannot stand up on its own? Took it out of box, and now I'm putting it back in the box without even using it. Do actual people design these or what? Any human being would know that an upright vacuum that will not remain upright is ludicrous. Who cares if I can make a hole in my wall to hang it on?!

Great Pet Cleanup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just used a cordless vacuum on my area rugs and went over them with this vacuum and was amazed at how much more fur came out was so pleased. I have arthritis in my hands and arms so it was a little hard to manage in some tight spaces, but it was easy to detach the hand vac to get into those areas.

super disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i loved this vacuum until the beater bar started melting on the side opposite to the belt. the vacuum vibrates like crazy and has a horrible burning smell. i though i did something wrong until i read other reviews. i'm so disappointed because i loved this vacuum and it worked wonderfully for about a year! so sad!
